Should you wish to return or exchange a product, you may do so using the below form.
If you have received the incorrect order, or a damaged product, Rhubaia will gladly facilitate the return and exchange of the item, or a refund.
If you would like to return or exchange an item due to a change of mind, you may do so, however any shipping and handling fees will be for your account.
Kindly note that we are unable to process any returns for Virtual Items, Rhubaia Gift Vouchers, and shipping fees.
